Nigel Tresise is the Director/Owner of Align Design and Architecture, a practice he co-founded in 2014, offering architecture, interior design and placemaking across workplace strategy and design; hospitality, private and developer residential schemes and urban regeneration projects.  

Nigel is an RSA Fellow, a member of the Sustainable Design Collective and a Design Ambassador for Design Insider. His considered insights have been published widely, including in OnOffice, MIX Interiors, WORKS, Work in Mind, Designerati and Design Insider. Covering subjects ranging from AI and wellbeing to sustainability and the circular economy, Nigel has also appeared on panels for Design Insider, The Sustainable Design Forum, Light ’23 and The Workspace Design Show 2024.
